The Willoughby Fine Arts Association has a lot of great events that are budget-friendly and appeal to a wide age range.
My husband and I recently enjoyed their Coffeehouse Series and Winter Warm-Up concerts. These shows are a nice way to hear local musicians in an intimate setting. Denny Carleton & Friends, the Coffeehouse Series performance, provided a fun mix of folk, rock, and even gospel from a variety of artists.
These concerts are free, so you can have a wonderful evening out without breaking the bank! The next Coffeehouse Series concert is set for Saturday, March 9, when Mayor Dave Anderson presents “The Sounds of Willoughby,” an eclectic mix of acoustic music. We’ve already marked our calendars…hope to see you there!
Also coming up at the Willoughby Fine Arts Association is “Disney’s Cinderella KIDS.” Come experience the magic of this classic fairy tale. The show runs February 15 through March 3. Tickets are $17 for adults, $15 for seniors and students ages 11 and up, and $10 for children ages 10 and under.
For the adult crowd, the Chili Con Comedy Improv Troupe will be performing on Saturday, January 26 at 8pm. Tickets are only $10!
